Awario's simplicity, ease of creating reports, and quickness are all things I appreciate. Its daily reports are useful for getting a fast bird's-eye view of the situation. For the price, there are a lot of useful and important features.
We're trying to figure out how engaged the audience is, and whether that involvement is favorable, bad, or neutral. From there, we'd like to figure out who our major influencers are. Who are the key influencers on both the pro and con sides of our messaging, and which influencers are engaging with our content?
When your social media traffic grows, the pricing skyrockets, which I don't enjoy. As much as I appreciate Awario's value, it's the type of product that grows on you. I receive a lot of raw data, but I'd like it to be more actionable. I notice different figures in Twitter Media Studio than in Awario, which makes me doubt the accuracy of the data I'm receiving from Aware. It takes a lot of time and effort to sort through comments that are incorrectly classified as positive or negative.
